Workflow guides
Follow a meeting from recording to a useful, searchable record.
Your first meeting
- Set up audio, speech recognition, and AI summaries.
- Record a call or import an audio or video file.
- Review the transcript, name speakers, and check important details.
- Choose a summary template for the meeting's purpose.
- Export the result to your notes app or share selected content.
A day of back-to-back calls
Connect your calendar and choose which events to record. Use deferred processing to leave resources available during calls. If one recording spans several meetings, split it into notes before generating their summaries.
Follow up on a project
Group notes into folders and tags. Search for a decision and open the matching passage, then ask a scoped question across the project. Review the cited notes before sharing a conclusion.
Capture away from your Mac
Record with the iPhone companion and sync to the Mac for processing. Keep your recovery phrase available for the encryption setup on each device.
Use your notes in other tools
Set up automatic Markdown export for a local knowledge base, or connect an MCP client to query meetings. The receiving app's storage and AI settings determine what happens to exported or retrieved content.
